Shipping & Returns


US Domestic Shipping

We create your apparel after you order to minimize waste and increase the amount of patterns we offer. Because of this, please allow 7-10 business days for your product to be hand crafted and finished to receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, our shipping supplier quotes an average of 2-5 business days for delivery to the continental US.

You may receive multiple packages for an order and should receive different tracking numbers if there will be multiple packages sent to your address.

Canada + International shipping

We currently ship to Canada as well and do not offer international to the rest of the world yet. Please allow an extra 2-5 days of shipping time for shipments to Canada.




Defective Item Returns
We offer returns up to 30 days after delivery in case of defective or damaged goods. If the item is defective, we will gladly refund you or send you a replacement item.

To complete your return, we require clear pictures and a description.

Non-Defective Item Returns

We offer returns up to 15 days after delivery for non-defective products as well. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we receive the item in a new and unused condition we will gladly send you a refund.

We do not accept returns on limited edition or wholesale partner items.


We offer free exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. We understand that sizing is not easy to figure out when shopping online. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order to increase your chances of ordering the right size the first time. We still understand if your items do not fit, and If we receive the item(s) back in a new and unused condition we will gladly send you your preferred size and color for free. Flippy will send the customer a free return label to send the undamaged product(s) back.

Since each item is hand-made after you place your order, we do not offer free returns for bracketing - ordering multiple variations of the same item to try at home, with the intent of returning those that aren’t suitable. Please review our size guide before purchase and compare to the clothes you already love to order the best size possible.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for custom apparel orders. If your custom item arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture and description and we will gladly send you a replacement.

We do not accept exchanges on limited edition or wholesale partner items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
