DESIGNING THE APPAREL

View our Custom Design Catalog to pick your your preferred customization options, pattern design(s), and fonts. Don’t have a clear vision for what you want? No worries! Our in-house professional graphic designers will help you every step of the way.

DESIGN ALTERATIONS

Once you place a custom order and fill out the order form, our design team will create professional mockups for you so you can see exactly what your design will look like before we print it.

PRINTING

Your design is then sublimated, cut, and sown together within 3-14 business days after mockup confirmation depending on the size of the order.

SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR

Straight from our factory, your design is produced and shipped to your house in record time! Total time from payment to your door varies between 7 and 21 business days depending on current backlog, order volume, and the complexity of your design.

US Domestic Shipping

We create your apparel after you order to minimize waste and increase the amount of patterns we offer. Because of this, please allow 7-14 business days after your design is complete for your product to be hand crafted and finished to receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, our shipping supplier quotes an average of 2-5 business days for delivery to the continental US.

You may receive multiple packages for an order and should receive different tracking numbers if there will be multiple packages sent to your address.

Canada + International shipping

Please allow an extra 2-7 days of shipping time for International Packages.

Defective Item Refunds

We offer returns up to 30 days after delivery in case of defective or damaged goods. If the item is defective, we will gladly refund you or send you a replacement item.

To complete your refund, we require clear pictures and a description.

We do not accept refunds on custom, limited edition, or wholesale partner items unless the item is damaged.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing is not easy to figure out when shopping online. Please refer to our size guide or ask for a sample before placing an order to increase your chances of ordering the right size the first time. If your custom order does not fit, we can send you replacements at manufacturing cost. This cost varies per item. We encourage you to donate or recycle the first shipment of clothes instead of shipping them back to us.

If your custom item arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture and description and we will gladly send you a free replacement.

We do not accept exchanges on limited edition or wholesale partner items.

Refund Details (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I ordered 5 custom shirts, all different patterns. Emily was great and got the design exactly what I wanted. The shirts arrived quickly and are wonderful quality. They run a little small but it’s not too bad. If you want something loose, get a size up!
